As explained on the About page, I directed the first cinema exhibition for blind and deaf people in Uruguay, and -since then- I have been working to fight the lack of audiovisual accessibility in the system. 

 

I am the Director of Okurelo and my role implies translating artistic content for the blind and the deaf, advising people from different countries on how to adapt content with audio description, sign language, and descriptive subtitles. I also offer conferences and conduct inclusive workshops in Uruguay and abroad.
